Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at Mehardaoud70@gmail.com.
